The interview process had three rounds. The first was a screening call with HR to discuss my experience and salary expectations. The second round was with the manager and included an SQL test. Both of these rounds went smoothly.
The third round, however, was a frustrating experience. The interviewer asked for my availability for the entire week, so I cleared my schedule, even declining other interview opportunities to accommodate them. Despite this, they failed to follow up or confirm the interview. In the end, the third round never happened, and I didn’t receive any communication about why.
This was very disappointing, as I not only wasted my time but also missed other opportunities. If you’re applying, be prepared for potential scheduling and communication issues.
