Very brief process. Met with the hiring manager and another technical worker. Was expected to accept or reject the job offer having spent only 30 minutes talking with the hiring manager. Very little in actual technical questions. Most questions where centered around my resume and my past experience. I (wisely) made sure to talk with the technical person after the interview to get a better feel for the work and the environment. That discussion was key in my making a decision to work there. I, also, did research on the company and the hiring manager before making a decision.
