Agency sourced. Met senior leader in informal setting. The interview appeared to be positive; I was one of a number of candidates. I then interviewed with HR, whose questions were commiserate with a phone screen. They never got back to the agency.
We agree with you that this experience does not reflect the ideal and have been working hard to strengthen our partnerships with agencies to ensure better results going forward. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Went through a questionnaire by an HR person who asked general question about where I'm coming from and why I think I'm a good fit. Then, the same day interviewed by the direct manager, who has been more specific about the kind numbers I need to get to and how I plan to do that.
