Very easy, just talked over basic personality questions and scenarios. Everyone seemed friendly and the interview was simple. You can get the job if they are hiring, easily if you just seem genuinely nice and a competent individual.

Tell me about a time when you encountered a difficult situation with a customer and how you resolved it?
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
