They call you first and see when you can come in for an interview. It was a pretty simple interview. One of the managers basically decides if you seem like you can do the job you applied for.

it was okay. not too long. normal interview question. applied online. got a call. in person interview. waited 2 days then got an offer and waited i bit longer to start the orientation as they are getting more people.
Very chill and laidback. I did not have a a problem answering any questions that were asked by the hiring manager. I would do it again if I was offered another interview by the company.
