One of the worst recruiting processes...I finally got the offer and accepted it but they put my offer on hold as my visa processing took more time, which is not in my hands. Now when I have already told my current employer that I am joining Walmart, the hiring manager started having second doubts about my position. I have never seen such an unprofessional and bad recruiting process especially such unfriendliness towards immigrants. Very rarely do companies hold offers for visa issues that too after moving ahead in the process. International candidates should be extra cautious and dont waste their time applying to this company
