Initial screening with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and another teammate, followed by a panel interview with three other teammates. The last round is with the VP of the department. HR is with you all the way, available for questions, which is nice and if they're moving fast for the role, you'll hear back on the next round by the end of the week. If you prepare your examples to behavioral interview questions as it pertains to the job description, you'll do fine. One of the questions they asked me was what DEI means to me and how I incorporate it into my work which initially seemed like a great question but as I moved through each interview, I realized everyone was white lol and it didn't appear as if this question was reflected on the team. After everything, I didn't get an offer which is fine but a month or so later, it appears as if they put the same job back up which is a major bummer. It tells me their looking for a perfect unicorn versus someone with a deep passion (and enough experience!) that could learn on the job.

The entire initial interview process was a positive experience overall. The recruiters are incredibly nice and work to place you within a team that will fit your skill set appropriately.
