I attempted to answer and was cut off by the interviewer, who proceeded to ramble on about the hospital. I have been on many interviews, and I have to say this was a new one on me. The interviewer kept interjecting when I was asked to tell more about my experience. I chalked it up to poor interviewing skills, and hoped my skills and years of experience would overcome the bad interview experience. I have ten plus years of experience in all areas of a level one trauma hospital. I was taken aback at how such a small hospital would treat me so snobbishly.
