Shortly after I applied, the hiring manager called me for a quick phone screening. It lasted about five minutes and was unscheduled. About a week later, I went in for a panel interview. There were seven people on the panel. All asked questions. I believe they asked each of the candidates the same questions. I received a call from HR that afternoon asking me to fill out the paperwork for a background check. The hiring manager called me a day or two later to tell me I passed the background check and that they wanted me to come in for an interview with the VP and AVP. Because of schedules, that interview was about two weeks later. They offered me the job at the end of the interview and HR called to confirm the offer and give me the specifics. The entire process from application to job offer took about 4-6 weeks.
