Recruiter Screener -> Hiring Team video. At the video interview, I quickly realized that the team was immature in terms of the concerns they had especially for an experienced professional. They asked streamlined generic questions that indicated to me that there was no out of the box thinking going on in that team. It did not feel like a conversation. It felt like interrogation. Most of the time was spent by me filling up silence. In essence, there was no curiosity on the teams part, and no opportunity for me to display my qualifications. Also the role was not that technical as the screener made it out to be. I want to state that the interviewers were not rude or mean. They were kind people.
