First I had a call with guy #1. Then he said we can schedule the first technical interview with guy #2. We spent quite a lot of time in order to the best matching time slot since the interviewer is located in the USA while I am located in East Europe. At one point guy #1 stopped replying to my emails so I had to set up a meeting with guy #2 on my own. I made a compromise and set up the meeting at 8:30 PM local time. We had a 45-minute talk with guy #2 which went quite well in my opinion. After that, I pinged guy #2 and guy #1 in 4 business days after the call but unfortunately did not receive any answer. The staffing process definitely improvements. I would never proceed with the company which is absolutely not interested in their candidates so that they waster my and their time.
