Repetitive interview process, took very long. (4 months to be exact) I applied for multiple positions and when they interviewed me for each step of the process they never told me which position I was being interviewed for. I got all the way to the last round of interviews, and even went through a walkthrough with someone already in the account management role, and I had to conclude that this was the position they were considering me for. Then after the last hour and a half long zoom interview, they took a month to tell me I didn't get it after interviewing with them already for a span of 3 months. After 4 months I felt like I wasted my time and energy. This completely wiped away any desire I had to work with this company. I was more than qualified for the role, ready to start immediately, and was even ok with their low salary rates, but I was declined and don't even know why. I think they knew I was over qualified for the role and knew they could not take advantage of me. I see the candidates they end up hiring on linked In and these individuals come from less accredited universities and have far less experience than I did. Another reason why I believe I was turned away was due to their "cliquey" work environment. You either need to be extremely nerdy or previously a sorority girl, no in-between. As a strong minded individual, I stood out as independent and I don't think they like that. They want you to blend in, don't ask questions, and do what you're told. This place has an extremely high turnover rate, and I can see why. Unless you are extremely into internet marketing meaning SEO and SEM, it's not the place for you. "Marketing" and "Internet Marketing" are NOT the same. One is creative and strategic, one is analytical. To management... Instead of interviewing every college kid in Central PA, how about you focus on the ones that will actually advance your company. You don't want anyone too unexperienced but you also don't want any one with too much experience, so you spend your time looking for candidates right in the middle. Experienced enough to understand marketing concepts, but inexperienced enough to take advantage of, give them terrible clients, make them work long hours, and pay them $16 an hour, which is $12.8 an hour after taxes. But their willing to take it cause their "dumb" college kids who come out of college expecting to make bottom tier salary. The first job out of college is hard to get and you pray on those willing to take just about anything to get their career started. Yea it works but it's wrong. The cost of living is rising, college courses and internships are getting better, and college grads are waking up. Your process will need to change, and I sure hope you'll have to. OH and BTW a coffee station, cool chairs, and food trucks every other week are NOT reasons to take lower pay ladies and gentlemen, don't fall for the sham

Very lengthy process. I had numerous rounds of interviews. Had to complete 2 personality tests. Went through 4 or 5 rounds of interviews before being told that there were currently too many applicants. Took about 4 weeks of interviews to receive a "no."
