Entrevista
Very straight forward process. First stage was a call with HR to discuss experience. Second stage was an interview with two Directors on the team, and half way through the Managing Director of the practice joined the interview to listen in. Also was set a short written task following the interview.

The interview process was internal and relatively fast. Though no positions were lined up during my promotion, they have many open positions at a given time. Normally in August or a few weeks after New Years is when everything kicks up. Interview was normal with standard questions, emphasis on creative problem solving and client management.

Entrevista
Lovely to have someone from the HR team check in throughout every stage of the interview process. I had an initial call with someone from HR, one virtual interview and an in person interview. The task was nice and easy too.
