I was hired thru a recruiter and HR. They have changed that process now and hire people directly. Very difficult to know who is in charge. My recruiter did a thorough interview, but now they do not use HR anymore.

Entrevista
Interview was with ancillary staff and medical attendings. I had 6 people total interview me. They never got back to me about whether I had the job or not. I found that to be extremely unprofessional and rude.
