Worst interview process I have ever experienced. After speaking with the management team, I was asked to complete a home assignment. This was quite an intensive assignment that took 2-3 hours, and I never received feedback on it! It took them about a month to get back to me, and during that time, they were unresponsive. When they finally did reach out, the offer they presented was 50% less than what we had initially agreed upon. After further negotiation and reaching a mutual agreement, they reversed their decision without explaining why. In my candid opinion, while Weku might have a few shining stars in their employee lineup, their management is an absolute disaster.
