I applied in November 2020 and was not contacted for an interview until February 2021. I had the initial interview with the HR person who was friendly and engaged. The second interview was a panel Zoom interview where three of the four seemed very disengaged. The fourth person was polite and professional, but had technical difficulties and had to be off-camera for much of the interview. At one point I glanced away while answering a question and then back at the camera and saw two of the interviewers smirking at each other. When they caught my eye, their faces simply went blank. The awkwardness of it all really took me aback. After it took them three months just to schedule an initial interview, I received a rejection an hour after the second interview.
