Entrevista com Talent Aquisition para falar sobre expectativas e competências para a vaga. Uma conversa mais informal, porém com algumas perguntas padrão de entrevistas - aquelas bem clichês. A TA era super simpática e conduziu bem.

O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Wellhub (New York, NY).

Applied for role online and had a phone screen with HR. Went well, although salary was very low for the role ($110-$120k); was hoping equity would offset. At the end, was asked to complete some “homework” which was to audit the website and provide thoughts on how to improve. Was told I should send back in 5 days.
I spent a good 20+ hours on this document and sent it over to the HR rep. Didn’t hear anything for a week so I reached out. “Team was working on a large branding project so they should get back to you soon,” I was told. Another week passed. I reached out again and a few days later was told they found another candidate more aligned to the position.
I was utterly flabbergasted - not because they passed on me, but because that was all she said. No comments or feedback on my analysis. I reached back out and asked for their thoughts. She said she’d ask; I never heard back
Incredibly unprofessional to waste that much of my time and not share any feedback.
