Easy process. Just the typical process. I became aware of the position at a Job Fair. They called me a few days after that to come in for an interview. I went to the person interview and a few days after that I was offered the position.

They like role play question or to tell them what you would do in different scenarios
Had to do 3 seperate interviews with 3 different branch managers. In addition I also had to interview with the district manager (totaling 4 interviews). Interviews were pretty straight forward and typical of the financial industry.

Typical questions. Why do you want to work here? Why would you be a good fit? What are the expectations of the company? What did you like about the company where you worked before?
