HR will call you for the job opening. Interview you for HR related questions, if you pass, they will forward it to the Technical Manager. They will schedule a call with you and then if everything is in order, will proceed with the Hiring Managers in the US.

It had three rounds technical which is tricky. Pls prepare well for that. On DSA and architect. Even in managerial round also it has technical. All are complex and Java oriented.

What are some key developments that you've seen and how does that affect the wider macro environment
3 rounds, it was mostly behavorial/fit and some technical but basic stuff like CAPM, debt analysis, DCF, basic accounting, etc. Mostly focus on really knowing the role. Behavioral was basic situational questions, really asessing for being self driven and leadership
