The hiring process didn't take long. I interviewed with one manager during a job fair. Then a week or 2 later I got a call for another interview with another manager. Then after a couple of weeks I got offered the position. I went through the process of background and reference checks, drug screening etc. The had orientation that told me what I needed to know.
