Overall, pretty basic. They ask a series of questions about you, past employers, and situations you have experienced and how you handled them. Initial phone interview, then they ask you to come in for an in person interview with 2 supervisors.

Standard interview questions with regard to customer service. Be prepared to give examples to support your experience. Took about 30 minutes, but they do schedule a second interview. The gentleman that interviewed me was very patient and the interview felt quite relaxed.
