Entrevista
The interview process was well structured with 3 to 4 one on ones followed by a case study write up to be submitted after the interviews. The case study was tricky. The interviewer read it out aloud from a paper at a pretty fast pace and you are supposed to take notes and ask questions at the end. It felt more academic as that is not how it happens in practice. Would have been a better assessment if the interviewer made eye contact and had structured it more as a discussion.

Entrevista
The process included six interviews which included a case study, behavioral interview, skills interview and an informal conversation with a director. I would say that the interview process began pretty good but the final stages were not that great. Preparing for the interviews is a huge time commitment so if you are not offered the role, they could at least provide some sort of feedback on how they came to their decision as it could be really helpful for candidates in the future.
Very Friendly interviewer who took time to chat with me and ask me relevant questions about the role and my background. I am having to add more information here just to review the company information to do some research. Glassdoor is ridiculous in this that it will not allow you to get past this screen to look at the information you are researching

Entrevista
Two phone screening interviews to begin. This was followed by a full day of interviews with five team members of different levels of seniority. Finally, a case study where I had one hour to prepare and then present my proposal.
