The interview process was long and little to no communication from the recruiter. Felt like they were dragging me on for no reason. The interviewer scheduled a 30 minute interview but ended up going overtime and I was in there for 52 minutes! Complete disregard for my time.
The hiring manager even said that they would offer me the role later on, but I received a rejection email. No care or courtesy at all from the recruiter or the hiring manager. Absolute waste of time and energy that I should've spent on other applications!

Behavioural focused aligned with company values. As long as you give examples that align with company values, you will have a high chance of getting an offer. STAR focused. A referral would increased chances of getting offer.
