My approach is to always build relationships with my business partners. I find it helpful to get to know them, their styles and approach to doing things. It's important to build trust and to do that, I always try to get to know them outside of the work place and how they approach life challenges. Understanding that helps me help them solve business problems or what I call Opportunities for Improvement. I try to keep things positive instead of negative.
