What are your location preferences?

- I had a first interview with the HR member. This meeting was introductory to the company and to get more familiar with my background, experience, and motivation. She thoroughly explained the background of the company and the internal activities of the teams I may be potentially working with. Also, we discussed potential visa sponsorship since this job was posted for different locations. - It was a nice conversation overall and I should've received feedback by the end of the week I was interviewed. The next stage would be a technical interview with one of the leaders depending on the role I will be moving forward. - I waited for more than a week to get a call about the outcome of a process. It appears they were looking for a candidate with more relevant experience to be able to offer relocation assistance to different locations where this job was posted (The Netherlands, Spain, etc.). In addition, she offered another location which is a local hub located here in my county. I declined this offer as I've already been told that I am open to relocation elsewhere. - To be honest, this is something they could have been informed about at the very beginning of the selection instead of having a significant time sink (i.e. wait for other team members to respond) and making me wait for quite a while. My impression about this company is that they obviously don't take much about the personal time of candidates, especially for someone who is working and actively looking for a job at the same time. Everyone that has been through the same knows how stressful this could be and completely drains your energy.
