She pressured me into stating a salary range for a job role she changed on the spot. I was basing the interview and salary based on the recent job posting, and stated to her I couldn’t give a range because I didn’t have an idea of what the new role was. This made me uncomfortable. Later, I see she posted a salary for the new job posting and new role, in the range I stated. I felt that the interviewer used me as a way to figure out what her next steps were to figure out the role’s responsibilities and salary, and when the Zoom call was over, she simply ignored me, despite the personal invitation to the center. Again, a terrible experience.
