Make sure to have more than one strength. It's silly not to have more than one but I though she asked for one so I only said one. I guess she wanted more because she hinted about my other strengths based on my resume. With weaknesses make sure you're honest, but choose weaknesses that aren't a big turn off for employers ("I'm very lazy"). Always explain how you are tackling your weakness and making yourself a more well rounded person!
