Many of the job requirements were areas in which I had expertise and which I was very comfortable in so that initially attracted me to the position. In addition, there were some areas in the job requirements for which I did not have experience but for which I was hoping to grow my skills so it seemed like the job overall would be a good fit but also provide an opportunity for me to grow my skillset.
