What does customer service mean to you?

You can answer this depending on how u actually feel - but i told her that having someone come in and treat them like they are family, makes their experience memorable and will want to come back more often. When u have employees that treat you like you're bothering them, you can loose business that way, and that isn't my goal. I want people to remember this store as a place where there is a clear understanding of communication and loyalty.
