What experience do you have managing work in the field (i.e. construction supervision)?

I spent many years on job sites, boots on the ground. I have managed employees, contractors and consultants in all trades. In roles where I was not physically located on the job site, i make it a point to visit the job sites at key milestones and whenever issues arise that are best solved in person and seeing things first hand.
