Basically talked about team work and how we as a whole should work very hard and to the best of our ability to help, respect, and satisfy all of our customers so they can give us positive feed backs and so they can continue coming back to our store and showing us support. We are expected to be in tip top shape, open minded, and always with enthusiasm even if our customers may not be too happy when they are talking to us and if that scenario ever does pop up, then we should still continue to give our customers the utmost respect and satisfaction of shopping in our store Interviewer added comments about how we should always be greeting customers as they come in and as they leave, occasionally asking customers if they need any assistance even if they look like they don't need it, making sure that every customer feels appreciated and always welcome into the store.
