There is no ideal SDLC that will work perfectly for every team, an SDLC needs to accommodate the users. So to define a good SDLC that we would like to implement in a team, there are a few things we need to seek out. 1. The team member's level of capability and skills. 2. The management requirements or targets for the team. 3. What is lacking from the current productivity level? We then can define an SDLC methodology or even combine them in order to achieve the most potential from the team.
