Know that Thrivent culture, despite all the religiousity sugar-coating everything, is really very left-brained corporate. They want to know about your numbers acumen. Talk about statistics, database analysis, or accounting. Don't talk about humanities, art, music, history, or social science. They don't want big picture thinkers who might challenge the corporate agenda.
