Doing what is right in order to make a difference for clients and my company. The company told me they had low turn over which was not true. They consider employees that have been with their organization longer than 6 months tenured. I am only aware of 9 employees that have been there longer than 2 years due to managerial indifference and lack of support to their clients and employees.
