I didn't answer salary question, but was disappointed that the large multinational financial services company is not competitive with their annual base offering, especially for a position that called for skils beyond HR. I think with the change in law not allowing them to ask you your previous comp, companies like AMEX are offering below market, non-competitive salaries. Very disappointing.
