I told him that I would prefer mornings or night audit and mornings on the weekends if I have ti work on weekends. The reason I gave him was plausible because I have a 2 year old who I have to pick up in the afternoon from day care. My wife works Mon-Fri at her job from 8am-4pm so she drops him off and I am the only one that could pick him up.
