I felt this was a very involved question and a bit double-sided. I felt they wanted to get an idea of my aspirations for why i wanted to work for the company but also what did i hope to gain from the knowledge they were willing to invest in me and how i could apply that back into what i would be doing for them. I felt they wanted to know if i was a sound investment and if i could help them grow and by result help me grow in a continuous feedback loop.
