When a prospect does not commit/buy, what do you do?

In most cases, the prospect called VTG, which evidences their interest in cruising/traveling. Therefore, I would ask probing questions. Then I shared 4 questions that I have found help the customer with their decision....I have a list (several pages) of probbing questions, but only used the 4. There were no more questions.
