This question can be somewhat difficult to answer when dealing with contract work for the military, due to the fact that many contract positions are temporary (usually between 1 to 5 years). I did state that as long as the company held its employee's interests at heart as much as it could and the employees didn't become just nameless faces, the desire is to stay with the company that was loyal to its employees just as much as the employees were loyal to the company. All initial indications of the company that I observed showed me that it did go the extra mile for its employees, and this was a big plus for me. I appreciate smaller companies that do this and get the same kind of dedication from me. I enjoy Military Intelligence and feel that my unique characteristics fit perfectly with the logical processes it constantly demands.
