Typical interview process. Three interviews in total. Everyone I encountered there were thoughtful and respectful. I think it would be an awesome place to work but ultimately I decided to take another offer with a more stable income.

Interview process lasted roughly 4-5 zoom meetings. Meet staff and recruiters, very nice people. Overall great atmosphere and family at White Rhino. They asked about my work experience and my strengths and weaknesses.

recruiter basically tries to find out what your passionate about, what your values are, and tries to play to that, way over the top and a lot of embellishments about the companies accolades, status in the community, be your own boss and build your business baloney, etc. kind of a waste of time if you're seeking a real career employment.
They will hire anyone with a pulse, its not skin of their back if you don't "work out"
