Flew me up to DC for a day for the interview. Covered all expenses, however they did not plan for the fact that the interview was set up on a holiday weekend and ended up rushing the interview and were unable to allow for a site tour.

Mainly asked me what I wanted to know abpout the company. It was more like I was interviewing them.
Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

Entrevista
They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
