Part of my current job involves interviewing potential candidates for my company - that is easily my favorite responsibility. I enjoy getting to know candidates and matching them with the right manager, department, etc. Additionally, I enjoy building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships. I want to be the person folks immediately think about when they have a need. Finally, I would consider myself incredibly self-motivated - I enjoy the idea of my efforts and successes directly correlating with my paycheck. I like the challenge of a commission-based business.
