Years ago I worked security for Southwest Airlines at Love Field, SWA's headquarter building. The front of SWA's headquarter building is filled with windows and it faces SWA's tarmac. Throughout the day I would see the Ramp Agents running around like ants, busy as busy can be, I used to think that would be a cool job! Most ramp agents have to have open availability though because they never know when they're going to get off and I had three kids and was going to school so my schedule was too hectic during that period of time. However, now my kids are all grown and my schedule is completely open to work whatever schedule I am assigned, and I live in Houston now, where United is, so I applied and here I am!
