My answer to the question was very simple and true. I have always wanted to work for Sephora ever since I saw the store. The option to be who I wanted to be and the variety intrigued me. I had heard that they provided training in all aspects of the store and I was hungry for knowledge and that is what prompted me to apply for Sephora. I applied every year since 2007 because I was determined to work for the company.
