I had researched the company, the market & the competitors. Being convinced that the growth plan was being implemented, that the company was serious about it's direction (implementing the plan) and that the share price & future was looking bright... The following week I was notified that I had been deemed overqualified, that the position had been given to an internal applicant and that I would be "filed away for candidacy for a future position matching my qualifications & experience"
