I am clearly new to the industry and want to get my feet wet. I appreciate this company's willingness to give me an opportunity to work as a stylist, rather than as a shampoo and blow-dry assistant in the average salon environment. I have a sense that the corporate setting will structured in a way that will offer me opportunities for an entry level position as a stylist and an opportunity to advance, should this be a good fit for everyone.
