Why should i take a chance on a rep with no experience?

I look at my recent college graduation and lack of sales experience in a different way. I have no bad habits for you to deal with. I am a clean slate that you can train to be whatever kind of rep you need. No previous jobs in sales means I am a sponge that can soak up all you have to offer.

Sales is an art and a science.  Since it is a mix of both, both can and will be learned.  I have already picked up X and Y books at the recommendation of a friend/mentor and I have 6 audios downloaded to my phone to listen to, etc.
