I explained that I didn't apply for the position at BMO Harris but received a call from a recruiter at my desk at my current position. She asked if I knew anyone that was interested in Commercial Lending and we began to talk about my commercial experience. I accepted the interview and found out the pay was much more than my current position. I was sold.
