Very comprehensive, thoughtful interview process. Their questions facilitated self-reflection and dialogue and really pushed the envelope. It was evident that they were genuinely concerned with inclusivity and consensus on their end when it came to the hiring process. Demonstrated respect for the applicant's time and effort and gave constructive feedback.
