Had 4 interviews with 4 different people in different locations. Bad communication from recruiter from the start but interview process was great with good questions and fairly easy. Took about 3 weeks from first interview to last. But like many before me after 4 interviews I was ghosted and could not get any updates. To recruiter, you know who you are. Very shameful , do you ever consider how much unnecessary anxiety and stress you cause people.

Lasted for 30 minutes. In detail business Analysis questions. BPMN sample was asked for. Asked about documentation skills, prior business analysis experience, strengths, weaknesses, general BA questions, willingness to travel, etc.
